Friendly staff, clean rooms, only cleaned every 2 days but fresh towels daily. Family friendly and Children enjoyed the great variety at breakfast. Central location for walking to Orchard Rd shops, restaurants with seven11 just one block down.

All Indian weddings

The conference centre below our room was used for an Indian wedding. Music lasted until 6am. No sleep whatsoever. Reception uninterested next morning and said it was a regular booking. Rooms were ok but a bit tired. Breakfast was a bun fight. Nice location but not for those who like to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel is located at the end of the Orchard street. The location was good and there were a lot of malls around the corner. The breakfast was full of various oriental and western tastes. The room was clean but ours was by the pool which was a bit noisy. Rooms on top floors seems to be better. The hotel had two access ways, one from the street behind and another from the Orchard street. The vans shall enter from the parking, accessway of which is at the back street.

This hotel is really bad. Right from check in to check out, staff not well trained and unprofessional. 1) check in - served by a Filipino stuff. I upgraded to family room, but was initially given twin room. Have to remind her I upgraded. 2) toilet bowl flushing strength was not gd and choked in the night. Have to endure the choked toilet bowl till the next day morning to call for reception. Lousy for a 4* hotel. 3) plumber came and unchoked. But was a mess and promised that room service will come to clear up. No one came. 4) breakfast was not gd. The restaurant manager was in a hurry to clear plates together with the utensils as well. Have to get her to replace the utensils she cleared. 5) check out - served by a male staff. Informed him that I need a parking coupon but will only exit as I have a lunch reservation at another place. Was told I could only have the coupon upon exiting as the coupon was limited to 1 per day and may not work if exit too late. He warned me that the hotel will not be liable if the coupon can't work if I exit too late. I asked him to explain what he meant, but he keeps quiet when I challenged him. No apologies from any staff wrt the choked flushing system at check out even though 1 of the staff know which room I was from. Sorry to say but this hotel really cmi. Staff can't even or not bothered to do basic service recovery. Never felt so bad after a staycation, really spoilt my whole family mood. Frankly speaking, they don't even deserved 1 star rating.
